Our “Safety First” Policy
Safety is among JANIN ATLAS priority values. For construction sites to be safe spaces and the lives of men and women who work there to be respected, the “Safety first” policy applies to everyone at their own level, whatever their field or activity.
Beyond the application of laws, regulations, and contractual requirements, all means are used to preserve the health and ensure the safety of our stakeholders: employees, subcontractors, partners, clients, visitors and future users.
Safety in integrated from the very beginning in the design phase of our projects, in order to optimize our projects and realizations in terms of Health and Safety during temporary and construction phases.
The core of our Safety Policy is nourished by company training and education programs, which allow us to teach, train and develop our workforce in matters of Safety, creating a company culture.
Quality at the Heart of our Projects
Our approach is designed to raise awareness with respect to quality and motivate our managers and project participants as well as our main suppliers and subcontractors in that regard.
JANIN ATLAS makes a commitment to its clients and partners to carry out its activities by adhering to a high standard of company management, health and safety management, and environmental management.
The impact that projects have on the locations where we are present and the integration of local residents and players must be understood to establish ourselves in these locations and share wealth in the most appropriate manner.

Protecting our Environment
JANIN ATLAS is committed to protecting each construction site’s environment through recycling, treatment of wastewater and the minimization of the emission of greenhouse gasses.
The implementation of an environmental initiative is a requirement of the ISO 14001: 2004 standard, a certification that VINCI Construction Grands Projets has earned. Each construction site builds its environmental action plan by defining project objectives and targets while integrating the client’s demands.
